Roger Carpenter built his career at the intersection of storytelling and design, creating iconic work for the home entertainment divisions of Warner Bros., Universal Studios, Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount, and Disney. A seasoned marketing specialist, Roger brings deep expertise in branding, advertising, and creative package design, having shaped the look for enduring classics like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, To Kill a Mockingbird, Planet of the Apes, and Citizen Kane.
After more than 25 years of developing entertainment advertising, Roger’s evolution into program development was a natural next step, moving from packaging stories to helping create them. Central to this transition is his long-standing creative partnership with Anita.
Over a 30-year friendship, they’ve developed a shared instinct for compelling narratives, complementary skill sets, and a mutual trust that allows ideas to be pushed further and executed with precision.
